- Performing complete initial exams that accurately identify pertinent pathology, impairments, mechanics and attitude to formulate a clear plan that is clearly articulated to the potential client.
- Assessing client health by interviewing clients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying therapy histories.
- Testing and records pertinent client metrics on a daily basis.
- Ensuring client achievement of identified metrics, short term and long-term goals.
- Coordinating with the front office staff to ensure EMR charting, scheduling and communication are updated daily and complete.
- Continuously improveing job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Promoting their personal brand and LifeMotion brand throughout the community.
Hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.

- Contributing to physical therapist’s effectiveness by identifying client care issues; providing information and commentary; recommending options and courses of action; implementing physical therapy directives.
- Assessing client health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying therapy histories.
- Identifying abnormal conditions by reviewing physical therapist’s interpretations of patient evaluations and test results.
- Documenting client care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Performing therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises; instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities; and in using supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
- Instructing and counsels clients by describing therapeutic regimens; giving normal growth and development information; promoting wellness and health maintenance.

Client Care Coordinator
LifeMotion Physical Therapy and Balance Center is growing and we are looking for an exceptional CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR. Our ideal fit would be someone that is comfortable communicating recommended treatment plans, can schedule patient appointments, has experience explaining health insurance benefits, is out-going and approachable, and has at least one year of healthcare front office experience, preferably in a rehabilitation environment. This person is responsible for the smooth setup and delivery of physical therapy services including:
- Handling office communication
- Intaking new clients
- Scheduling existing client appointments as prescribed
- Collecting/posting over the counter payments
- Handling insurance payments
- Interacting with referral sources
Hours are Monday – Thursday 7:45 am – 5:15 pm, Friday 7:45 am – 1:00 pm.

Medical Billing / Collections Specialist

LifeMotion Physical Therapy and Balance Center is growing and we are looking for an exceptional MEDICAL BILLING / COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST. Our ideal fit would be someone that is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, understands health insurance, approachable, and has at least one year medical billing experience, preferably in a rehabilitation environment. This person is responsible for completing insurance / client billing daily and ensuring that all funds are collected for services rendered:
- Seeks authorization from insurance company and verifies benefits are entered correctly for each new client.
- Ensures charges for care are properly coded and posted in billing software.
- Creates, verifies, and uploads all insurance claims accurately to third party clearinghouse on a daily basis.
- Accurately posts payments on a daily basis.
- Processes remittances from insurance company daily and resubmits as needed.
- Collects money for services delivered and posts it to the appropriate account.
- Monitors client and insurance billings and ensures all funds are collected within 45 days of the date of service.
- Provides CEO with monthly account receivables report showing status reports on all accounts over 45 days.
- Assists the Client Care Coordinator with front desk activities as needed.
- Verbally greet clients with a 5 star welcome. Provides every guest with a superior experience.
Hours are Monday – Thursday 8 am – 5:30 pm, Friday 8 am – 1:00 pm.
