• Washing our hands prior to and after every patient visit
• Wiping down mat tables and surfaces between each use with an approved antiseptic formula
• We are also screening all patients for symptoms of COVID-19.

What if I want to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. We will work to find another available time for your visit.
Should I cancel my appointment?
You should reschedule if you have come into contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus, or have symptoms of fever, cough, and shortness of breath. We are happy to reschedule after you are fever-free without use of fever-controlling medicines for at least 3 days AND your respiratory symptoms have improved, AND at least 7 days have passed since symptoms first appeared, per CDC’s recommendations.
Can I postpone treatments?

Should I wear a face mask when visiting LifeMotion?

How are you keeping social distancing in a clinic atmosphere?
Social distancing recommendations are for public areas; we are an essential health care business with professionals trained in techniques to decrease the spread of communicable diseases.
How are you complying with the limit of 10 or less for public gatherings?
We are making strategic use of our treatment rooms and common areas to increase spacing between patients. Additionally, only those essential to care accompany patients to treatments.
Will you stay open as an “essential” health care provider”?
Yes. Under the current guidelines, physical therapy clinics qualify as an essential business.
Have your hours changed?
As of now, all of our clinics are operating under their normal business hours.
Are you providing real-time updates on clinic status?
We will post any changes to our hours or operational readiness to our Facebook page. We will also notify any affected patients should there be changes in our status.
